Walking on Fallowfield
The Beechview Walking Club meets every Saturday and Sunday morning at 9AM (FALL AND WINTER HOURS) at the Sip and Spin. Walk begins at 9:10
Our Purpose
The Beechview Walking Club was founded to give the residents of Beechview support toward maintaining physical activity, help and to develop friendships through non-competitive physical fitness. Walking is the most common form of physical activity which encourages adults of all ages and abilities to stay fit and healthy. We feel the key ingredients to a long and youthful life as well as setting a greater standard of living are obtained by increased physical activity and a happy mental attitude.
Our Mission
Our mission is to promote health and wellness through increased activity, to help improve one's general health, range of motion and aid in a better physical and mental attitude. We strive to help support one's self esteem and present goals through walking challenges.
The Beechview Walking Club is a proud member of the Community Leaders United for Beechview. C.L.U.B.
